Philly-based restaurant with the sweetest owners needed a simple website to help make their mark as the city’s most delicious veggie-forward spot.

The owners of Kiddo and I actually know each other IRL.

When making moves to open up this much-anticipated veggie-lovers restaurant, they needed help bringing their restaurant to digital life on Squarespace - a platform they had experience with, but absolutely zero time to manage in the weeks leading up to their grand opening.

To the website table they brought high-quality images, clear vision, and a vibrant brand identity crafted by another Philly-local graphic designer.

I just had to put all the pieces together, solving a few restaurant issues along the way, in this super simple one-pager.

As a former restaurant-lifer myself, I helped them work through posting menus that are constantly being updated, how to integrate a newsletter, and even threw in an event booking page to harness that extra revenue stream by making it easy for those large parties and buy-outs to get on the books.

Marquee Menu Section

The folks at Kiddo needed a simple way to update their hyper-seasonal menu. The process needed to be super easy for any staff member to handle on a frequent basis.

They opted for low-to-no CSS for this site, relying on their illustrative brand identity and the built-in features of Squarespace to serve their needs.
